it has tidy and exceptionally nice rooms and good location just next door to all the shops, great restaurants, the bullring and grand central and the centre of birmingham city. staff are very kind and helpful, i'm very grateful to them.

The location was wicked central, right near Chinatown and Gas Street Basin. We hit up the Birmingham Back to Backs and caught a show at the Hippodrome Theatre. The beds were proper comfy and we had loads of space to chill. And the WiFi actually worked, so we could post all the mad pics from our trip. Proper good for a party crew like us!

Only thing we wish is that there was a sick rooftop terrace or outdoor area where we could hang out and have a lit pre-drinks sesh before a night out. Would've been mint to have a spot where we could blast tunes and vibe with the squad.

The apartment was clean and tidy, and the free wi-fi was a lifesaver. Plus, having an on-site car park was a major bonus. The electric kettle and cookware allowed us to make our own meals. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment after a long day exploring the city. The lift made it easy to access our room, and the 24-hour security gave us peace of mind. our stay was jaw-droppingly fantastic!

Some cleanliness issues found like dirt on the bed and pillows, unfinished toilet paper roll, and hair in the washing machine. Slight inconvenience with the key collection process and the stench of cigarette smoke from a neighboring flat.
